What to put in the subject line

You operate a site we crawl and want us to stop ingesting it. The fastest path is to add a Disallow rule to your robots.txt — we re-check before every fetch and stop on the next cycle. If you'd like written confirmation, email us with a link to your site and we'll respond within a few days.

Every price-alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer, and your mail client may also show a native Unsubscribe button. If you'd rather we delete your email address from our database entirely (not just deactivate alerts), email us from the address you want removed and we'll remove it within 7 days.

If you think a product page shows a wrong price or a clearly wrong listing slipped through normalization, send the URL and a short description of what looks off. We log every report and try to respond within a week.
